We are currently experiencing an unexpected power outage impacting hypervisors PVE4 and PVE12. As a result, virtual machines hosted on these nodes may be inaccessible or powered down.

Our datacenter operations team is actively working with facility power management to restore services as quickly as possible. We will provide an update once power is restored and systems are verified stable.

Current Status: Power Restored – Systems Booting

Root Cause: Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Failure 

Power has been restored to hypervisors PVE4 and PVE12 following the earlier unexpected outage. Both systems are currently booting and undergoing service verification.

All affected virtual machines are in the process of restarting, and initial checks indicate that services are recovering successfully.

We will continue to monitor system stability and performance to ensure full operational status. There will be no other update unless necessary.
