Update: Milestone Achieved in System Stability and Performance

We are pleased to announce that our infrastructure has successfully operated under elevated load conditions for 120 consecutive hours without any storage or hypervisor failures. This achievement represents a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to enhance system reliability, scalability, and overall performance. Achieving this level of sustained stability has historically been challenging under our previous storage configuration, making this accomplishment especially meaningful.

The newly implemented configuration has surpassed our expectations, demonstrating exceptional stability and responsiveness across all core services. These results validate the effectiveness of our latest architectural advancements and reinforce our confidence in the platform’s capability to manage demanding workloads efficiently. While the deployment continues to leverage Ceph, we have transitioned from an NFS/B-Cache model to a tiered caching architecture utilizing Ceph exclusively, resulting in a more cohesive and optimized storage ecosystem.

This milestone marks the beginning of the next phase in our development roadmap as we move toward achieving industry-standard service uptimes and delivering enhanced performance and reliability to our clients. By reinforcing our technical foundation, we are not only improving the quality and continuity of our services, but also positioning ourselves to provide greater scalability, resilience, and value as our platform continues to evolve.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our clients, customers, and community members for their continued support and patience. Your trust and engagement remain the driving force behind our progress and the ongoing success of our services.
