Dashboard Update (VPS Provisioning)
November 08, 2025 at 10:00 (8 months ago)
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering reliable and stable VPS provisioning services, we have implemented an increase to the timeout setting for the job queuing service that manages provisioning tasks across our hypervisor infrastructure. This change is intended to reduce the occurrence of false nuisance errors that were observed during a small number of recent provisioning operations, which, while not impacting actual service availability, could lead to unnecessary error alerts.
By increasing the timeout, we provide the system with additional time to complete provisioning tasks under varying load conditions, improving overall stability and ensuring a smoother user experience. Our operations team is actively monitoring the system following this adjustment, analyzing performance metrics and error logs to determine if further refinements are required.
We remain committed to proactive system management and continuous improvement, and will continue to make data-driven adjustments to ensure that VPS provisioning remains efficient, reliable, and free from preventable errors.
