In alignment with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related data protection frameworks, we are implementing enhanced mechanisms for secure user verification and automated account management. Effective immediately, users may access support Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) via the Account section, under Privacy settings. These PINs provide a secure and verifiable method for authenticating identity when engaging with our support team through alternative communication channels, including email, Discord, and live chat. By utilizing this system, staff are able to verify user requests while safeguarding personal data in accordance with GDPR principles.

In addition to verification capabilities, the system now supports automated account removal, allowing users to exercise their rights to data erasure under EU law efficiently and securely. This functionality ensures that personal information is deleted in a manner that is both auditable and compliant with applicable regulations.
