We are pleased to confirm that the cloud-init process has been successfully completed across our infrastructure. As part of this update, all Virtual Private Servers (VPS) have been restarted today to apply the new configurations and ensure system consistency. (To be completed by 1700EST-5UTC)
Additionally, watchdog scripts have been deployed to enhance monitoring, reliability, and automated fault recovery across all active systems.
We are now proceeding with the final phase of the scheduled maintenance window, which includes:
- Updating the provisioning queue to automatically reinitialize on failure, thereby resolving intermittent timeout issues previously observed. This is uncommon but does occur.
- Removing Windows operating systems from IPv6 configurations due to recurring misuse within the free service tier.
The registration and ticketing systems are scheduled to be reenabled by the end of business today (EST). Please when this is done, submit a ticket concerning any issues. We will not enable any stock of free offerings until later this coming week to allow time for existing users to submit tickets for any issues.
